Inroads to Opportunities (ITO) is a non-profit organization dedicated to preparing and providing individuals with disabilities life and work skills in a safe, supportive environment. ITO acts as a bridge to work opportunities as well as to foster independence and growth to help the individuals served become active, productive members of society. OUR MISSION STATEMENT Empowering individuals with disabilities in their pursuit of independence and attainment of meaningful employment. As part of that important mission, ITO provides contract packaging and assembly work for many types of businesses in the tri-state area. We have an on-site workforce of over 200 people and 11 production lines within our 3 modern buildings spanning 85,000 square feet of temperature controlled work space. ITO has been in operation since 1959 providing excellent service to our many customers. We offer high quality output at competitive prices with market driven turn-around. We can offer all types of services including: hand assembly, collation, bundling, shrink wrapping, POP display set-up, heat sealing, poly bagging, inserting, hand folding, sorting, boxing & packing, sealing, labeling and much more.
