The mission of Ocean Partnership for Children is to enhance the well-being of youth and families through natural and community supports.

Ocean Partnership for Children (OPC) helps children with mental health, substance use and developmental disabilities meet their challenges, grow, succeed, and thrive.  The agency uses the successful wraparound model to personalize a plan of care for each youth and family.  OPC is a part of the New Jersey Children’s System of Care, a one-of-a-kind, strength-based coordinated care approach for youth in need.
