Oceanside Breakers, officially The Soccer Club of Oceanside, operates within the California Youth Soccer Association under the oversight of the US Soccer Federation and US Youth Soccer. The organization supports roughly two thousand children annually, spanning ages from early youth to late teens, through two seasonal sessions each year in spring and fall.
