Established in 1990 by the late Professor Eliezer David Yaffe, we provide interest-free and low-interest loans, along with expert financial guidance, to low and middle-income Israelis, small businesses, and nonprofits underserved by the financial sector. With a legacy spanning over three decades, Ogen has disbursed over 75,000 life-changing loans, totaling nearly 2 billion NIS. Our credit portfolio, currently valued at 500 million NIS ($131 million), reflects our commitment to creating a fairer and stronger economy for all Israelis. What sets Ogen apart is our holistic approach. Beyond providing credit access, we offer expert financial guidance and tools, backed by a dedicated team of over 1,300 professional mentors who volunteer from across Israel.
