O'Hare Precision Metals serves as a top of the line provider of round steel bars and precision ground bars.

O'Hare Precision Metals is family owned and operated business located in Northwest Chicago. We are a relatively new name, with a heritage that dates back to the 1970's. Our talented staff has over 30 years of experience providing quality round bar products. We have developed a reputation as a leader for excellent service, quality, and competitive pricing & lead times.

O'Hare Precision maintains an extensive inventory of materials in the Midwest with a range of sizes, and materials including Aluminum, Brass, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloys, Titanium, and more. 

We offer a tight tolerance of .0001 inches, with a surface finish of 8 micro inches or better. We pride ourselves in our Specialized Grinding Division that grind up to 7” large in diameter and up to 24 feet in length. We also do small bars grinding down to 1/32" .
