The Ohio Organizing Collaborative (OOC) is a statewide coalition formed in 2007 that brings together community organizing groups, labor unions, faith organizations, and policy institutes across Ohio. It currently comprises 15 member organizations with activity in Ohio’s major metropolitan areas. The organization aims to mobilize everyday Ohioans to build a durable base of power to pursue social, racial, and economic justice, using a mix of organizing methods, leadership development, non-partisan electoral programs, and policy alignment. Headquartered in Youngstown, Ohio, OOC operates in the strategic management services field and serves as a coordinating hub for campaigns on issues such as criminal justice reform, workers' rights, bank accountability, student debt, vacant properties, and the social determinants of health and access to care. It is a relatively small to mid-sized network serving Ohio's metropolitan regions. In June 2026, media reports described an FBI inquiry related to potential voter registration fraud, with searches of its offices and interviews of staff and volunteers.
