Customer service and satisfaction have always been the top priorities of OTS- from the humble beginnings of a single facility, five person staff in Brecksville, OH in May, 1974 to the present-day four factory authorized repair & warranty service centers and fifty employees covering Ohio and surrounding states, headquartered in Richfield, OH.

Ohio Tool offers distribution and repair services to a diverse market: from steel mills, power plants and chemical refineries to major automotive manufacturers such as Ford, General Motors, Chrysler, Honda, and Toyota. We are also active in sales to Federal, State and Local Governments and the Oil and Gas Industry serving the Marcellus and Utica Shale regions.
