OKC for Soccer is the ambitious project bringing professional soccer back to Oklahoma City. We are dedicated to building a club for ALL of OKC and will have both women's and men's teams. The men's pro team will compete in the USL Championship, the highest tier of the United Soccer League pyramid, and kick off in March 2028. The women's team will compete in an as-yet determined national league that best aligns with our vision to build a world-class and sustainable soccer club. The club's ownership group is led by Christian Kanady, founding partner and CEO of Echo Capital Investment. He is joined by a diverse coalition of investors, including NBA superstar Russell Westbrook, cultural entrepreneur Nick Gross, the Chickasaw Nation, Club President Court Jeske, and local business leaders Tim McLaughlin and Donna Bartley. OKC's new pro club will play its home matches in the MAPS 4 Multipurpose Stadium, which will have a capacity of just over 10,000. Designed by world-renowned architecture firm Populous, the stadium will anchor a new multi-use cultural district unifying downtown Oklahoma City from the city center to the river. The development will be within easy walking distance of the new OKC Thunder arena, the convention center, Bricktown, and Scissortail Park.
