LifeShare Transplant Donor Services of Oklahoma is a nonprofit organization designated to recover organs and tissue for transplantation. It works with five Oklahoma transplant centers and a broad network of healthcare partners to coordinate donation, including tissue recovery and public education efforts. Founded in 1986 as The Oklahoma Organ Sharing Network, the organization is headquartered in Oklahoma City and operates within the Hospitals and Health Care sector. It maintains facilities in Oklahoma City with a secondary office in Tulsa and supports a tissue recovery center to facilitate donor operations. Approximately 100 staff members perform roles across donor screening and recovery, medical management of potential donors, quality control, bereavement care, and public education. In March 2026, LifeShare appointed Johnson as its new leader, bringing two decades of transplant leadership to strengthen partnerships with hospitals and transplant centers.
