Tech stack fit Leverage their existing technology footprint (Nginx, Open Graph, Google Maps) to introduce integrated dispatching, tracking, and customer portal enhancements that align with current infrastructure.

Strategic partners Position as a potential alliances partner with large facility and service providers (aligned peers in similar revenue bands) seeking outsourced support or logistics services, leveraging their size and target markets.

Financial uplift With revenue between one and ten million, present cost-optimization and efficiency programs (fuel management, maintenance analytics, driver productivity) to improve margins and enable scale.

Growth opportunities Explore cross-sell in ancillary services commonly offered by larger transport and facility groups to broaden service lines, such as warehousing, fleet maintenance, or last-mile delivery partnerships.
