Old River had its humble beginning in August 1982 when 19 year old Lee White founded the company, selling wire rope and logging supplies in a barn on the family farm in Woodville, MS. Business grew rapidly and Old River Supply spread its logging supply operation across Louisiana and southern Mississippi.
In 2001, Old River Supply branched out to open Old River Volvo, and quickly became Mississippi’s only full-line Volvo heavy truck dealer. Since then, we have diversified into medium duty Hino and Isuzu lines. Old River earned a reputation for treating every customer with honesty and integrity.

From the beginning, the company’s slogan has been “We Work Harder,” and Old River has strived to put that slogan to work in every sale it made and service it provided.
