Our company name "Olde Dartmouth" refers to the second colony in  New England, after Plymouth, stretching from Plymouth Massachusetts to Tiverton Rhode Island, along the South Coast.  Olde Dartmouth Realty got its start in 2000 as the local authority on historical homes. Quickly it acquired unique listings and expanded its reputation as the brokerage to market waterfront properties and large land parcels and farms.We are experts in marketing the local summer communities and have sold homes in the most popular summer areas of Nonquitt, Mishaum Point, Round Hill, Salters Point, Bayview, West Island, Crescent Beach, Mattapoisett Neck, Little Harbor, Westport Point and Westport Harbor. Since our founding in 2000 by Bette Hamilton, Owner/Broker, our closed sales have been consistently among the  top few companies in volume, out of more than 100 companies, on the South Coast. We are knowledgeable about the neighborhoods that make up the distinct villages and communities along the South Coast, and have sold the most expensive listings in several towns including:  Wareham,  Lakeville, Freetown, Marion, Mattapoisett, Fairhaven, New Bedford, North Dartmouth, South Dartmouth, Westport, and Rochester.
