We deliver your customers’ orders in premium reusable packaging, and we pick up that packaging (along with any returns or exchanges) at the customer's convenience. Our mission is to partner with fashion brands and retailers to drive the circular economy, and we achieve it by: Going waste-free: We work with brands to pack, ship, and deliver customers' orders in premium reusable packaging to remove waste at the source and provide 50% savings on return shipping. We pick the packaging back up (along with any returns) to be used again by the next customer. Making it easy for customers to resell their old clothes (and keep them out of landfills): Customers who receive their orders in our reusable packaging can choose to place items they wish to resell in the same packaging and have them picked up for free and sold on their behalf. We handle the rest, and customers earn up to 80% of the sale. Enabling brands and retailers to maximize value and minimize environmental impact of surplus inventory: We provide brands and retailers an end-to-end service to sell surplus inventory to the end consumer, maximizing recovery rates and achieving 2-3x the value of traditional liquidation channels. Anything that can't be sold is responsibly recycled to give fabric a second life. To enable our offering, we recently acquired one of eBay’s largest resellers, Linda’s Stuff, whose expertise with re-commerce and surplus inventory management allows us to provide brands and customers impressive value and service.
