Olney Community Collaborative CDC is a small, Philadelphia-based nonprofit focused on revitalizing the Olney neighborhood through collaboration with residents, business owners, and local groups. Guided by core values of collaboration, innovation, economic growth, and empowerment, it seeks to foster a more inclusive and connected community and to support the local small business ecosystem along North 5th Street. The group traces its roots to the N. 5th Street Revitalization Project and has delivered community-oriented services in the Olney area since 2008. Founded by Olney residents and merchants in 2005, it began as reinvestment toward the North 5th Street commercial hub at 5th and Olney Avenue and has since expanded its service area to cover North 5th Street from Roosevelt Boulevard (4800) to Godfrey Avenue (6100). As a community-based program, its work is directed by local input, with the goal of connecting neighbors and supporting the Olney small business ecosystem.
