We have been in public accounting since our founding. We enjoy accounting, we enjoy business and we are as much CPAs as business owners. We walk talk and think like business owners. We're always on the look out for new and better ideas - just as every business should, has to be. We like to share information with clients about things we've seen work, not work and we like to look at client's businesses individually because each situation has its unique aspects. We also pay attention to the personal qualities of the owners and managers as this affects the business as well.
Our entire career has been spent working with privately owned small businesses - small being 1 to 100 employees.
We have given advice on almost any aspect of owning and running a small business. 
We offer typical CPA services, advisory services, tax services, bookkeeping services, we'll review your books, we'll train your staff, we'll perform closings of your books, among other services.
We have a separate company that processes payroll.
