We meet every candidate and visit every client before representing them. This enables us to provide a long-term solution to your staffing needs. The services that OMNI provides to our clients include: TEMPORARY DIVISION – Supplying office support for vacation, maternity leave, sick leave, and extra support due to business upturns and special projects. PERMANENT DIVISION – Offers a fee of 12.5% of the annual income for a permanent addition or upgrade to your staff. OMNI conducts screening, employment verification, reference checks and background checks. TEMP TO PERM – Try the candidate for a full 13 – week period before hiring. There is no fee after the 13 weeks. The candidate is on our books while you evaluate their performance.
