On Lok is a nonprofit organization in the Hospitals and Health Care industry, headquartered at 1333 Bush Street in San Francisco, California, with 201–500 employees and a service area spanning San Francisco, Santa Clara County, and the Tri-City area of Alameda County. With more than 50 years of experience, On Lok operates the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), which enables eligible seniors to live at home by providing comprehensive medical care and social services, and it also offers On Lok PACEpartners, a consulting service for developing or improving PACE programs. On Lok operates the On Lok 30th Street Senior Center, the largest multipurpose senior center in San Francisco, providing a range of services including health programs, activities, and case management for active seniors. The On Lok Mission Nutrition Program delivers more than 250,000 meals annually via its dining locations and meal delivery program, and in 2021 On Lok partnered with Openhouse to create Openhouse + On Lok Community Day Services for LGBTQ+ seniors. In 2025–2026, On Lok secured $60 million in financing to fund expansion and renovations, and in February 2026 opened two new PACE centers in Union City and South San Jose to reach about 800 additional seniors in Alameda and Santa Clara counties; the organization also launched Building Tomorrow Together to extend its reach and impact.
