Our farms are certified to the highest third-party standards such as Rainforest Alliance, SCS, USDA Organic, Fairtrade, Global GAP, BASC and CTPAT. 

One is committed not only to the environment and sustainable production, but to our employees and improving the communities where we operate as well. We partner with the University of Colorado to operate the Human Development Center in rural Guatemala which provides high quality, low cost medical care to our employees and the community. One believes in paying our employees more than the minimum wage or even the living wage in the areas we operate. Our rate of pay exceeds the living wage by over 17% and the minimum wage in Guatemala by over 60%.
