One Eleven East is an adaptive reuse and modernization of the historic building at 111 East Street, which was built in 1893. While preserving the original architectural details, the property has been fully restored and thoughtfully designed to host weddings and other private events. The exposed brick, 15-foot ceilings, restored hardwood floors, beautiful arched windows and expansive main area with open layout offers a flexible and transformable venue capable of hosting any type of gathering. The historic meets modern, all-white interior full of texture and natural light is truly a unique and impressive space.

Before designs for One Eleven East were even set in motion, versatility has always been a top priority of the space. Part of the vision for One Eleven East is for it to be a blank canvas where creatives have the freedom to do what they do best — create! Rather than limiting use exclusively to weddings, photoshoots, or pop ups, this building was always intended to be more of a space than a venue. At One Eleven, the word “space" connotes more possibility, and this motto has influenced every aspect of the design. Within those possibilities, are endless variations of uniqueness that would best utilize the historic, urban, and timeless nature of the space.
