One Global Holding operates as a venture-building firm focused on digital transformation and rebuilding trust between investors and ventures. It supports innovators by offering an ecosystem of financial, technological, and intellectual resources to help them conceive, launch, and scale ventures. In 2023 the company reorganized into a venture-building group and established three subsidiaries: One Global Innovation, One Global Hub, and One Global Capital. With a global footprint spanning more than 16 countries across the GCC, Middle East, North Africa, East Africa, Europe, and North America, the group pursues opportunities in the OTT sector and collaborates with major industries.

Headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait, One Global is a mid-sized firm with both regional and international reach. Its client base comprises startups and ventures seeking coordinated support and access to a broad network of resources through its subsidiary platforms, addressing the need for integrated ecosystems in digital ventures. In December 2023, media reported a collaboration with Floodbase to develop parametric flood insurance programs in Asia, illustrating continued expansion of its activities beyond traditional venture-building.
