One Heart Bulgaria gives humanitarian assistance to over twenty-five orphanages and two children's hospitals in Bulgaria. We provide for the children’s basic needs and create programs that enrich their daily lives, bringing joy into their difficult world. One Heart Bulgaria also provides training and education for physicians, orphanage caregivers, physical therapists, and underprivileged families in Bulgaria. In addition, we create abandonment prevention programs and support local services that help mothers and fathers keep their children. Our goal is to assist in the deinstitutionalization process of Bulgaria's children and help end the orphan crisis.
