One Key Escrow was founded in 2009 to accommodate the needs of real estate agents and brokers looking for a more flexible, understanding, and certain, choice for escrow services.  

As a result of the 2008 mortgage meltdown, the real estate market in southern California suffered and many escrow firms fell by the wayside; leaving only a handful of companies for Brokers and Agents to choose from.  Whether it was the lack of competition in the industry, or the fact that these escrow firms were not familiar with the “new” real estate market, many agents felt they were receiving sub-par service.

We, at One Key Escrow, understand that just because you have someone’s business doesn’t mean that you should stop earning it.
