ONE°15 Brooklyn Marina, New York City’s first new marina in 50 years, offers unparalleled water access to New Yorkers and boating enthusiasts from around the globe.

Located just south of the Brooklyn Bridge in Brooklyn Heights, between Piers 4 & 5, with sweeping views of Lower Manhattan, the Marina features a Sailing Club and School, seasonal docking facilities and an exceptional community program.

With the calmest waters in the New York Harbor thanks to its advanced technology and design, the marina accommodates boats ranging from 16 to 200-plus feet in length.

As NYC’s largest waterfront community access point, the marina is a part of the vibrant Brooklyn Bridge Park. The project design was developed with extensive input from local waterfront experts, residents and not-for-profit groups. Two percent of marina services revenue is dedicated to community programming that makes boating and kayaking available to all residents.

ONE°15 Brooklyn Marina is managed by the Singapore-based SUTL Group, whose industry-leading marina management skills have earned sister club, ONE°15 Marina Singapore, numerous accolades, including Best Asian Marina (2012-2019). Arthur Tay, Chairman of SUTL Group, is the visionary behind the ONE°15 Marina brand.
