O'Neal Consultants is an independent telecommunications consulting company.  Our only objective is to provide you with maximum telephone department performance at the lowest cost possible.  As an independent consultant, we have no vested interests in any carriers or vendors and are concerned with only the best interests of our clients.

We provide audits and ongoing Monitoring and Management of telecommunications services finding and correcting both billing and service problems.  We also perform all aspects of phone system design and procurement management from system configuration and definition, to creating RFPs, evaluating proposals, and the management of the installation process.

The hospitality industry is one of our specialites where we have decades of experience with the unique requirements of hotels of all types and all sizes up to several thousand rooms.

We are extremely knowledgeable, obsessively thorough, and totally dedicated to he satisfaction of our clients.  Every project will get our total commitment to doing everything possible to provide the best outcome for our client and isn't finished until everything is completed to your satisfaction.
