Open Loyalty is an IT services and IT consulting firm based in Wrocław, in the Lower Silesian region of Poland. It offers an API-first loyalty engine that lets organizations implement loyalty programs and gamification features more rapidly than building them from scratch. The platform has a global footprint, operating in 43 countries and counting brands such as Limango, Heineken, Ugami, ALDO, and the U.S. Soccer Federation among its users.

The company targets mid- to large-sized organizations seeking to launch or expand loyalty programs, addressing integration and time-to-market challenges. In January 2026, it was recognized as a Braze Technology partner, reflecting its ability to integrate with a major customer engagement platform. Open Loyalty has pursued strategic partnerships to broaden its reach, including collaborations with Omnivy and Kyanon Digital announced in 2025.
