Operation Come Home is a nonprofit organization based in Ottawa, Ontario, founded in 1971 to address homelessness among youth. Originally named Operation Go Home, it expanded in the 1990s to serve homeless and at-risk youth in Ottawa with a mission to prevent the cycle of homelessness. The organization offers a range of programs, including an integrated alternative high school, employment support, a resource center, housing advocacy and assistance, an addictions program, and three social ventures. In 2018, more than 630 unique clients accessed at least one program, with over 6,400 program engagements recorded. In January 2026, the organization established a partnership with the Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group.
