Since 1971 Operation de Novo has offered a new beginning and chance for a brighter future by providing diversion services for first time offenders in the criminal justice system. De Novo is Latin for a second chance or fresh start. All of our programs are aimed at giving participants a fresh start or a second chance at experiencing success in their lives. Operation de Novo accomplishes this through evidence-based services designed to meet the needs of our clients and decrease the likelihood of recidivism. Our adult diversion program currently serves approximately 800 clients in Hennepin County.
