Operation USA is a relief agency based in Los Angeles, California, that supports communities affected by disasters, disease, and endemic poverty through privately funded relief, reconstruction, and development initiatives. Working with grassroots partners on the ground, it provides material and financial assistance to respond to crises and to address systemic poverty. Founded in 1979, the organization has operated in 99 countries and directed more than $350 million to relief and development projects. 

The organization maintains a lean staff and relies on private funding to carry out its programs within the international affairs field. In 2022, it announced a collaboration with Meathead Movers to deliver over-the-counter medical supplies to Poland.
