Founded in 1989, Oppenheim Law is a boutique law firm based in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida that serves national, international, and local clients. Our  practice areas include Florida real estate,  business law, and commercial litigation. The Firm’s real estate  practice focuses on real estate transactions including real estate development and redevelopment, representing developers, investors, home buyers, and lenders.  During the Great Recession, the firm transitioned to representing homeowners and commercial property owners  facing foreclosure, and handled loan modifications, short-sales and short re-fi’s.
Additionally, the firm serves as outside counsel for various Florida companies, providing legal advice regarding governance, expansion, acquisitions, litigation, and employment related matters.  The Firm also has a business concierge program, assisting clients with daily corporate legal issues.   We guide business owners, entrepreneurs,  and start-ups to proactively handle legal issues before  litigation ensues. 
 The Firm also handles commercial litigation  whether it is real estate or business related.
