Opportunities for Positive Growth, Inc. is a human service agency committed to providing meaningful and dignified support to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on a person's skill development to improve the individual's quality of life. Guiding principles keep person-centered services in the forefront of continuous support with a commitment to enhance the quality of life for the people we support. The guiding principles of self advocacy-self direction, quality integration-quality outcomes, work first-meaningful day, and dignified risk-risk management drive our core values and give clarity to our vision as a leader in this field of human services. We are certified through The Division of Disability, Aging, and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS) and The Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services (BDDS) for the state of Indiana to provide specific services for individuals with developmental disabilities. We serve children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities. The ages of people we serve range from 4 to 82 years of age. The majority of people are autistic or intellectually disabled with communication disorders. Each person has specific goal driven objectives to support living skills, self-advocacy skills and individual growth.
