Options For All is a California nonprofit organization focused on expanding opportunities for adults with disabilities to live, work, and participate in their communities with dignity and respect. Founded in 1985 through the efforts of eight adults with disabilities in San Diego County, the organization has grown to serve more than 1,500 adults across California through a diverse set of programs. Based in San Diego, OFA operates in the field of individual and family services and seeks to help people make meaningful choices about daily life and community involvement.

Its work is guided by core values that emphasize doing the right thing, putting people first, fostering diversity and belonging, taking accountability, and managing effectively. In 2026, OFA partnered with Stepping Stones in San Diego to launch You Better Werk, an employment-focused program designed to support individuals in recovery who are interested in working or returning to work. The organization has previously introduced paid internship programs to provide work experience and paths to permanent employment.
