Orange Coast Computers & Recycling (OCC&R) was created in 1999 when brothers Mike and Steve Howard combined their skills, knowledge, and experience and decided to start a business. Mike's extensive knowledge in sales and marketing and Steve's experience in financing office automation equipment filled a much needed niche in the Orange County Business Services landscape.

Like many small businesses, OCCNR started right out of a garage. The business grew and the quality of service continued, repeat business and referrals eventually led to the servicing of large corporate clients.
