Orchard Supply Hardware is a California-based retail hardware company with origins dating to 1931, when a group of farmers formed a cooperative to purchase farm supplies and establish the business. Based in San Jose, it has historically operated hardware retail in Northern California, serving customers with hardware and related goods. The firm maintains a mid-sized regional footprint, employing a workforce in the hundreds and focusing on the local California market.

In 2018, reports noted that Orchard Supply Hardware closed all 99 of its nationwide locations, including stores in Pleasanton and San Ramon. The following years saw renewed activity in California, including expansion of corporate offices and the opening of a large San Jose store on the site of a former hardware retailer, as well as a Berkeley location that began operating in January 2020. By 2022, Fresno offices had been closed, and Westlake began operating two stores at former Orchard Supply locations in Fresno and Woodland.
