The Oregon Health Care Association is a small trade organization in the hospitals and health care sector, based in Portland, Oregon. It aims to improve the quality of health care and related services by fostering professional development and engaging in advocacy that informs public and private policy. The association represents more than 600 member facilities and service providers across Oregon, including assisted living, residential and memory care communities, nursing facilities, in-home care agencies, home health agencies, and related business partners.

Its work situates it within the long-term care and broader health care landscape, supporting providers and partners with programs and events. In 2026 it launched the Long Term Care Leadership program cohort to develop leadership within the sector. The organization also coordinates gatherings such as the annual Spring Expo and other events in Salem and across the state.
