Since 1963, Oregon Mainline Paving has graded, paved and improved more than 100,000 lane-miles of Oregon’s major highways and roadways.  We are one of ODOT’s preferred heavy civil contractors through Loyalty, Relationships, and Grit.   We’ve grown 80% over the last two years and we’re looking for people who want to join a great team with limitless opportunities.

Our headquarters are located in McMinnville, Oregon and we operate and maintain three (3) portable asphalt plants across Oregon and throughout the Pacific Northwest.  We are proud to self perform the majority of our Contract work including aggregate mining & production, underground utility installation, earthwork & excavation, grading, and asphalt paving.

We are dedicated to sustainable construction practices, recycling more asphalt than any other portable highway contractor in the region.
