Osiris Organization is a small non-profit based in St. Paul, Minnesota, established in 1997. It delivers technology education and life-skills mentoring to youth, integrating these elements into programs that began at an adolescent treatment facility and later expanded to community computer centers in Minneapolis parks and Saint Paul locations. The organization serves underserved youth by providing hands-on computing training and mentorship intended to support educational advancement and future employment opportunities, growing from collaborations with local corrections agencies. Over the years, Osiris built a network of computer labs in parks and recreational settings, though the Minneapolis partnership was paused by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, with collaboration in Saint Paul Parks & Recreation continuing through 2022. In summer 2023, Osiris established a partnership with CDF Freedom School to offer technology programming within Saint Paul Public Schools, initially at Hazel Park, Capitol Hill, and Benjamin E. Mays, and later adding Humboldt to reach four schools. The arrangement supports after-school and summer programming for the 2023-2024, 2024 summer, and 2024-2025 school years, with a focus on providing underserved students essential technology skills for ongoing education and future opportunities.
