Outright International is a New York–based non-profit founded in 1990 that works globally to advance the rights of LGBTIQ people. It partners with civil society organizations in more than a dozen countries to strengthen the LGBTIQ human rights movement, document abuses, and advocate for inclusion and equality. The organization collaborates with the United Nations and regional bodies and holds UN consultative status as the secretariat of the UN LGBTI Core Group. Its work centers on supporting activists and organizations to secure protections and accountability for violations of LGBTIQ rights. In 2024, Outright launched a global program focusing on intersex rights, with emphasis on less-resourced regions in the Global South and East.
