Overseas Vote Foundation is a small nonprofit based in the United States that supports overseas and military voters in federal elections. It provides public access to tools and services that facilitate voter registration and obtaining ballots, with the aim of making it easier to participate in voting from abroad. The organization serves U.S. citizens overseas, State Department personnel, and active-duty service members and their families under UOCAVA. By addressing the practical barriers these voters face, OVF helps ensure they can register and vote from abroad. Beyond individual voters, OVF provides online systems aimed at helping elections officials better serve overseas and military voters. It operates independently of any U.S. government or military entity and is incorporated in Delaware as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity.
