Overture Technologies is a software development company based in Bethesda, Maryland, with its roots in the financial services industry. It develops SaaS platforms that support automated underwriting and education financing workflows, including Conductor for financial aid communications, Needs Analyzer for aid calculations, and a Student Loan Marketplace for loan comparison and applications. In 2010 it launched the Net Price Calculator, a SaaS tool that enables schools to publish costs, financial aid, and financing options, and it has been adopted by hundreds of schools and lenders.

In mortgage finance, the firm built Mozart AUSTM, an automated underwriting, product selection, and pricing engine for both conforming and non-conforming loans, complemented by early data normalization capabilities introduced in 2005. In 2009 it extended automated underwriting to defaulted loan resolution by automating the US Treasury department's mortgage loan modification programs and related private initiatives. Today, Overture continues to apply its underwriting and analytics capabilities to residential mortgage finance and is expanding to include additional products such as small business and home equity loans.
