66 Years and Counting: 1947-2013 The Optische Werke Passau- OWP for short, was established on January 13th, 1947 and we have since then been making glasses with a passion for our products. We are one with our profession. We are glasses, trends, visions, ideas, figures, stories, memories, handshakes and people. We have succeeded, learned, won, celebrated and continually redefined ourselves. We have made a name for ourselves across the globe. Our passion for our products and this industry and the constant search for the best solutions in eyewear is what defines OWP.
