At OxCart Engineering we feel that awnings are more than an architectural appendage. Sure, they provide weather protection but a well designed awning offers the opportunity to display corporate identity, cover architectural mistakes, add color and even create a sense of style. The awnings we design are usually supported by the building on which it is attached but we make free standing covers and awnings as well. Our awnings are comprised of a lightweight rigid skeletal structure over which a fabric cover is fastened. This provides weather protection for windows, doors, decks and walkways.
