Based in London, Oxenwood Real Estate was established in 2014.

The Company invests both directly and in joint ventures with domestic and international partners with a focus on UK and European logistics assets. 

Investing in both standing assets and developments, the Company’s strategy is to deliver “Income-Based Total Return” through the creation of portfolios that generate high-quality, distributable income streams supplemented with capital upside by way of occupier-led asset management and leasing initiatives.

Since inception, Oxenwood and its partners have invested in approximately £1 billion of logistics assets and developments throughout the UK and Europe.
