Oystercatchers is a London-based advisory practice focused on the marketing industry. It has operated for more than 15 years and provides independent, pragmatic guidance to brands and their agencies to build and sustain long-term marketing success, drawing on experience from both brand and agency sides. The firm emphasizes an agnostic, rigorous approach to services such as marketing ecosystems reviews, ways of working consultancy, marketing capability development, and agency search and selection. Based in London, the firm serves brands and their agency partners. It also supports a marketing community through the Oystercatchers Club, which brings together CEOs, CMOs, and agency leaders at exclusive events to discuss best practices and challenge industry norms. In May 2024, Becky McKinlay was appointed Interim Managing Director, reflecting ongoing leadership development at the firm.
