P3 owns SnowSports 365, a development company for year round snow sports parks in the United States. P3 is currently engaged in a public-private partnership with the Town of Castle Rock, CO to develop a large snow sports facility within Philip S. Miller Park. Designed by Briton Engineering, the park’s slopes will be made of the industry’s most innovative year round terrain technology, Snowflex®. P3 is in discussions with other municipalities & park districts throughout the U.S. to bring this innovative snow sports park concept & technology to their communities.

P3 works with its municipal & regional public sector clients to assess the costs & benefits of using the public-private partnership model to enhance the infrastructure assets under their control & ownership. By bringing private capital to communities that otherwise are not in a position to invest in utility & infrastructure upgrades or ground-up development, P3 helps solve pressing problems affecting the quality of life for residents & businesses. P3 is working closely with a multi-national utility services & development company that can bring the needed capital to the table in a rapid fashion, eliminating the need to take the projects to the financial markets for underwriting & funding.

P3 brings a wealth of knowledge on how to leverage public-private partnerships in the real estate development business. Its principals have successfully negotiated & implemented highly innovative Development Agreements with local municipalities using the public-private model.
