The Pacific Asian Center for Entrepreneurship (PACE) is a higher education institution-based hub affiliated with the University of Hawaii’s Shidler College of Business. Founded in 2000, it hosts a portfolio of experiential entrepreneurship programs designed to advance entrepreneurial thinking across disciplines and move ideas from concept to commercialization. The center operates across four areas: an Asian Pacific-themed curriculum for both graduate and undergraduate students, research projects that support entrepreneurial practice in the Pacific Rim, hands-on programs that provide practical entrepreneurial experience, and community outreach connecting Pacific Asian entrepreneurs and ventures with UH students and faculty. Located in Honolulu, Hawaii, PACE serves UH students and faculty through mentorship, training, and resources, and maintains an active role in regional entrepreneurial engagement.
