Pacific Autism Center for Education (PACE) is a mid-sized nonprofit based in Santa Clara, California, devoted to improving the lives of people affected by autism and related developmental disabilities through education and compassionate care. It was founded in 1989 by concerned parents and educators as a private 501(c)(3) organization to address the lack of appropriate educational and residential options for individuals with autism and their families, building from an initial 14 students and one group home. The organization has grown to offer a range of services aimed at promoting community integration and skill development.

Today, PACE provides a continuum of services, including Sunny Days Preschool for ages 2½ to 6, the PACE School for ages 6 through 22, and residential group homes. It also offers Faces Behavioral Services with one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis and Porchlight Autism Education Series, a free online training platform with more than 50 modules for parents and caregivers. These programs are designed to support families and individuals seeking education, behavioral support, and opportunities to develop independent living skills. In spring 2026, PACE participated in the AMA San Francisco Marketing Hackathon, indicating active engagement with the broader professional community.
