Pacific Links Foundation is a US-based nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of forced labor and human trafficking. It aims to prevent trafficking by making targeted investments in at-risk youth and their communities, and to support survivors in building new lives. The organization operates in Vietnam and in transit or destination countries for Vietnamese migrants. Headquartered in Milpitas, California, it has more than twenty years of experience empowering youth and communities to end human trafficking. In April 2025, Diep Vuong, the foundation's co-founder and president, was honored with a Global Citizen Award for her advocacy on trafficking rights in Southeast Asia.
