Pacific Northwest Organization Development Network (PNODN) is a professional organization cultivating knowledge, fostering collaboration, and a community engaging one another. We are committed to developing personal, organizational, and community capacity to realize relevant and compelling results. In January of 2018, the new PNODN board added many exciting benefits to PNODN. First, we now offer professional development of tried and true OD tools and theories. Second, we are starting to fill communities of practice to bring together like minded professions, frame their case studies through an OD lens, and then learn from each other. Third, we are organizing pure networking events around the Pacific Northwest to meet, network, and garner support for each other. Fourth, we have 5 vendors offering significant discounts to development opportunities for practitioners. And, finally we have shifted our job board to a job coaching board that gives a strategy of how to use the various job search sites to find the right fit for you.
