Pacific Studio Architecture is an international consulting firm with offices in Seattle, Washington and Shanghai, China. We offer professional services on real estate development related feasibility studies, master planning, architectural design and building interiors. Since our establishment in 2004, we have compiled a portfolio of over 160 projects in large scale urban planning, mixed-use developments, public institutions, corporate offices, retail commercial centers, high-rise residential towers as well as detail oriented custom homes. The magnitude of these projects has afforded us with unlimited solutions when facing design challenges as well as quick turnaround when dealing with a daunting schedule, a must for today’s projects. As a result, our clientele and market have grown beyond North America to include China, Russia, Egypt and India. We understand the risks and rewards in the real estate market. Many times, we were able to provide value to our clients by applying our accumulative experience on certain building types. In other instances, we simply thrived on our first take on a specific project with freshness, energy and the ability to think outside the box.
