Pacific6 is a boutique investment and development partnership based in Long Beach, California. It identifies and invests in ventures, including both for-profit and nonprofit projects, that have the potential to positively affect the people and communities where they operate, economically or socially, and it seeks to be deeply involved in bringing them to fruition. The six founding partners come from diverse backgrounds—healthcare, financial services, risk management, human resources, legal affairs, and media/marketing—allowing the firm to evaluate opportunities across a broad spectrum. Rather than pursuing growth through traditional corporate expansion, Pacific6 aims for long-term outcomes and is comfortable pursuing buy/operate or build/sell paths that fit each project.

Within the investment management field, Pacific6 pursues partnerships that combine investment with active development to deliver projects. Recent collaborations include working with Fairmont Hotels on a downtown Long Beach transformation and with ARCO National Construction to restore architectural elements of the Breakers Hotel.
